"Kembhavi Architecture Foundation" is a full
service architectural firm established in 1972 by Sharad and Nalini
Kembhavi two principals in charge of all operations for the firm
and its team of professionals, the firm has grown since its inception
by providing a primary focus on design, service and attention
to detail.
We believe the greatest value to our clients lies
in our responsive service and easy access to the principals of
the firm. We have by design, kept the firm at a size that maximizes
this intimacy with our clients and their needs. We professionally
manage the entire design and construction process, including technical
issues such as building code requirements, zoning regulations,
and environmental and site restrictions. Our extensive experience
includes working with owners technical representatives, construction
managers, and end-user.

Philosophy
The philosophy of "Kembhavi Architecture Foundation"
centers on technical and design excellence. Technical priorities
include process management from briefing to final handover and
beyond. We place a particular emphasis on meeting all the budget
and schedule objectives of our projects while achieving architectural
excellence. Our heads together with a team of architects are involved
in the supervision and design of each project from the initial
stages of planning through construction and post-construction.
We believe that good design emerges from accurately
meeting our clients requirements. We achieve this though intensive
dialogue which continues throughout the building design and implementation
process. However we add future value to this process through independent
research. We look for better solutions and the number of applications
