Kembhavi Architecture Foundation is committed to maintaining and
upgrading systems to meet and exceed best practice. All drawing is
undertaken using object oriented 3D building simulation software. All
processes of drawing production are automatically coordinated through
the development of a comprehensive virtual building model. This approach
also provides benefits to our clients in allowing instantaneous
3D visualization of all aspects of the building form and spaces.
We are also able to use the model to rapidly collate
project data, including material quantities. Critical issues such
system coordination, day lighting and sun access, can be stimulated
and problems areas corrected at an early design stage.
We have also in the process of automating of our
contract administration process. All project data, including contract
administration data, will be gathered in a central database. All
project related tasks are tracked within this database, even project
notes and minutes can be instantaneously tracked and retrieved.
We are committed to high standards of presentation,
and maintain our own in house colour production systems to allow
our clients to access high quality renderings of building projects. We
use sophisticated Photo rendering programs, allowing the production
of photo realistic images that include retracing techniques and
accurate materials mapping and representation.
